Francisco has working experience integrating electrical and electronic technologies, specifically in the creation of firmware for methods of electrical machines control, implementation, and analysis of data buses in CAN industrial networks, as well as the standardization of diagnostic messages of transport vehicles according to standards ISO and SAE. He also has knowledge and experience in using different types of electric motors and generators, energy storage systems (SuperCap, LiPo, LiFePo), and different typologies of hybrid-electric propulsion (EV, HEV, PHEV, E-REV and FuelCell-EV ).
He currently works for the Colombian Ministry of Information Technologies and Telecommunications, supervising and elaborating technical concepts for the formulation, contracting and execution of technological projects. He is also an advisor in the elaboration, evaluation and analysis of the business plans for these projects.
